Ingredients:

1 cup lavender
1/4 cup delphinium blossoms
1/4 cup white strawflower petals
1/2 cup small, white globe amaranth
A few individual flowers of pearly everlasting
1 small, perfect white strawflowers (may be tinged with pink)
2 tablespoons orris root chips
4 to 5 drops lavender oil

White shades from creamy to silvery set off the rich blues and purples of this somewhat formal blend. You can substitute other small white flowers, but the blue of delphinium looks  better here than statice. This is a fairly strong blend that can be left uncovered for several days at a time.

Display it with the perfect strawflower in the center of the top.
