Mint Foot Bath Refresh tired and arching feet by soaking them in a soothing mint foot bath. Make an infusion of 1 tablespoon of mint and 2 quarts boiling water. Leave the water to cool slightly and infuse for 15 minutes, then straing and immerse your feet in the scented warm water for 15 minutes. |

Marigold Hand Oil Mix 1 cup sweet almond oil with 1/4 cup fresh marigold petals. Pour into a clean, screw top jar and leave in a warm place for 3 weeks, shaking the bottle daily. Pour the oil into a saucepan and heat gently until the marigold petals become crisp. Strain the oil and pour into a clean jar. Rub a little oil into the hands daily. |

Apple and Mint Astringent This astringent will improve the texture of the skin and add color. Place 3 tsp chopped fresh mint and 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar in a screwtop jar. Leave for 7 days. Strain the liquid into a bowl and add 1 1/4 cups soft water. Stir well, pour into clean jars and store in a cool place. |
